If a research facility identifies a discrepancy between the product received—such as Reta 20MG or Tesofensine and the provided Certificate of Analysis (COA), we provide a full replacement guarantee. To invoke this, the researcher must provide analytical data (HPLC/MS) from a qualified third-party laboratory demonstrating that the compound does not meet the specified purity or molecular weight upon arrival.

3. Shipping & Delivery Warranty

We take full responsibility for the safe arrival of your research materials. Our shipping warranty covers the following contingencies:

• Physical Damage: If the medical-grade glass vials or vacuum seals are compromised upon arrival, please provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt replacement.

4. Limitation of Warranty (Research Use Only)

This warranty applies exclusively to the chemical composition and purity of the product. Because these compounds are intended strictly for Laboratory Research Use Only, Nexaph provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the biological effects, experimental outcomes, or the suitability of the compound for any specific research protocol.

The warranty is voided under the following conditions:

• Reconstitution: Once a peptide has been reconstituted or mixed with a solvent (such as sterile water for the KLOW formulation), the molecular integrity is no longer under our control, and the analytical warranty expires.
• Improper Storage: Failure to store the lyophilized powder in a temperature-controlled, dark environment as specified by Nexaph standards.
