Due to the sensitive nature of our products and the necessity of maintaining a sterile, temperature-controlled supply chain, our refund and return protocols are structured to prioritize laboratory data integrity and researcher safety.

1. Non-Returnable Nature of Research Reagents

To ensure the safety and data integrity of all our clients, Nexaph cannot accept returns on any products once they have left our climate-controlled facility. Because we cannot verify the storage conditions (temperature, light exposure, or humidity) or the handling protocols once a package has been delivered, we can never restock or resell returned vials of Reta 20MG, Tesofensine, or any other research compound.

This strict policy is in place to guarantee that every researcher receives “factory-fresh” material that has never been compromised by external environmental factors.

2. Quality-Based Returns & Replacements

We stand behind the analytical accuracy of the Nexaph peptides catalog. If you believe the product you received does not meet the specifications outlined in the Certificate of Analysis (COA), we offer the following resolution path:

  • Verification: To initiate a quality-based claim, the researcher must provide independent analytical data (HPLC or Mass Spectrometry) from a qualified third-party laboratory demonstrating a discrepancy in purity or molecular identity.
  • Resolution: If a batch is found to be defective or below our guaranteed ≥99% purity threshold, Nexaph will provide a full replacement or a store credit at no additional cost to the researcher.

3. Shipping Damage and Order Errors

We take extreme care in our vacuum-sealing and specialized packaging process. However, if your order arrives with physical defects, please follow these steps:

  • Damaged Vials: If a vial is cracked or the vacuum seal is visibly compromised upon arrival, please take a clear photograph and email it to support@nexaphusa.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Order Discrepancies: If you receive the incorrect compound or quantity, notify us immediately. We will ship the correct materials—such as 5-Amino-1MQ 5MG or KPV—at our expense and provide instructions for the proper disposal of the incorrect items.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (rather than replacements) are issued at the sole discretion of Nexaph and are generally reserved for the following scenarios:

  • An order is canceled prior to fulfillment and shipment.
  • A product is out of stock and a suitable replacement or lead time cannot be provided.
  • A quality-based claim is verified by our internal retain samples, and the researcher does not wish to receive a replacement batch.

Note on Payment Methods: For refunds on orders paid via Cryptocurrency, the refund will be issued in the original USD value of the order at the time of purchase, regardless of coin market fluctuations.

5. Lost or Seized Shipments

As outlined in our Global Shipping & Logistics Policy, we provide a one-time complimentary reshipment for orders lost in transit or prohibited by domestic/international customs. We do not offer cash refunds for shipments that are lost or seized, as our guarantee is focused on the successful delivery of research materials to your facility.
