2. Purchaser Representations and Age Requirements

By placing an order, the Purchaser represents and warrants that:

• They possess the necessary technical knowledge, safety equipment, and facility protocols to safely handle, store, and dispose of high-purity biochemicals.

3. Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless

The Purchaser acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with the handling of concentrated research chemicals. By purchasing from Nexaph, you agree to:

• Indemnify and hold Nexaph harmless from any and all claims, expenses, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Purchaser’s handling, use, or misuse of the products.
• Utilize the products in full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing research biochemicals.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Compliance Review

• Compliance Review: Nexaph reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect the products will be used for purposes other than legitimate laboratory research. We may request institutional verification before fulfillment.
• Payment: All orders must be paid in full via our accepted secure payment methods before fulfillment begins.
• Accuracy: Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate shipping and institutional contact information. Nexaph is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect address data.

5. Shipping and International Compliance

• Nexaph utilizes FedEx and UPS for global distribution to ensure speed and climate-controlled stability.
• International Orders: The Purchaser is the “Importer of Record” and is responsible for ensuring the products comply with their local customs laws and import regulations. Nexaph is not liable for packages delayed or seized due to a lack of proper institutional licensing in the destination country.

6. Product Quality and Warranty

Our warranty is strictly limited to the chemical purity and sequence identity of the products as specified in our Quality Guarantee.
